Due to current problems and lengthy delays with some Royal Mail services, all of our parcels will now be dispatched via a courier and tracking details will be sent. Please note: the expected delivery times are a guide and are not guaranteed during this busy period. But rest assured we will do our very best to get your parcels to you. Merry Christmas!
We offer 3 different options for delivery when purchasing via our website:
Standard Delivery (3-7 days*) £3.95
Premium Delivery (1-2 days*) £9.95
Click & Collect (from either our Newcastle or Hexham Store) FREE
*Working days (doesn’t include weekends)
POSTAGE & DELIVERY
We aim to provide an excellent service. If you have sent a gift or received a gift with which you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us. We will do all we can to put it right for you. We do our very best to respond to all emails within 24 hours. Where possible we try to recycle parcel packaging, however, we understand there are occasions where you may wish to receive you items in New packaging material. If this is the case, please state at the time of ordering.
We take payment at the time of order. No order is dispatched by Mr Wolf until the order has been checked & approved. If there is a problem, we will email you within 3 working days. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm (UK standard time) the same working day provided the item is in stock. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you by email to offer you an alternative delivery date, or a refund if you prefer. Please note we do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays and orders placed on these days will be processed on Monday. Our delivery rates are: Standard mainland delivery with Royal Mail, Parcelforce or my Hermes depending on the size / weight of the parcel. We aim to deliver in 3 working days, a postage and packaging rate of £3.95 is charged on all UK orders. These charges and conditions apply to UK mainland orders only. International orders will be subject to separate postage and packing rates, please contact us for further details about this service. No weekend or Bank Holiday deliveries are available.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
You can contact us by e-mail email@example.com or by telephone 01434 606994. We will need to know the reason for the return. Items must be returned as packaged, unopened and unused and in these cases we do not reimburse return postage costs. To request a refund please return the item undamaged and in its original packaging to our shop at the address given on our contact details. Please note: Unless goods are faulty we will be unable to accept returns for credit or refund unless they are as originally packaged, are unopened and have not been used.
* Important Notice * If an item arrives damaged please keep original parcel packaging to enable us to claim a return from the delivery company. If there is a fault with your item please contact us within 14 days to arrange return & exchange.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE WHEN RETURNING ITEMS
We do not accept responsibility for the return postage costs or returned items that are lost or damaged in transit to us or any other circumstances beyond our control. We will accept returns by hand to our shop. Please contact us to advise us when the package has been sent so that we know to expect it. We will refund within 48 hours of the goods being returned in satisfactory condition. We will refund using the same method of payment as the original purchase but regret that we are unable to refund the cost of return postage. This guarantee does not affect any rights you have under the Sale of Goods Act or The Distance Selling Regulations.
All deliveries are sent via sign for delivery service no liability will be accepted for parcels left without a signature. If you have advised us of a “safe place” to leave the delivery, for example ‘leave in porch’ or ‘leave in shed’ etc. Mr Wolf accepts no responsibility for any mishap occuring to the package for instance theft or rain damage. By requesting that the order is left anywhere other than being delivered ‘hand to hand’ the customer accepts all responsibility for any untoward occurances. *Please note delivery times are not guaranteed and Mr Wolf cannot accept any claims for delays.
